13 PROTOCOLS OF ENGAGEMENT
01. MINIMUM RUN: We do not fire up the boilers for less than 250 units. No exceptions.
02. AUDIO MASTERS: Must be supplied strictly in 24-bit / 96kHz uncompressed WAV. No MP3s allowed.
03. TEST PRESSINGS: 5 Test Pressings are included and mandatory before full production runs.
04. COPYRIGHT & PIRACY: Full written clearance required for all covers/samples. Plagiarism is reported.
05. DEPOSIT: 50% non-refundable deposit required to commence galvanic mastering.
06. TURNAROUND TIME: Currently operating at 12 to 14 weeks from test pressing approval.
07. ARTWORK SPECS: All sleeve/label art must be submitted in CMYK via our official PDF templates.
08. THE OVER/UNDER RULE: Vinyl is a physical process; expect a +/- 10% variance in final delivery quantity.
09. SHIPPING LOGISTICS: Worldwide delivery via heavy freight. Customs and duties are the buyer's burden.
10. STORAGE FEES: Masters and stampers are stored free for 1 year. Thereafter, a $50/year vault fee applies.
11. DEFECT RETURNS: Mechanical defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Warping from bad storage is on you.
12. COLORED WAX: We specialize in pure black carbon PVC for superior sound. Color variations cost 15% extra.
13. THE FINAL SAY: hOLYcRAP reserves the absolute right to refuse any audio we deem unfit for our presses.
